A former minister of defense, Gen. Domkat Bali is dead. Bali, a highly decorated retired military officer, Gen. Domkat Bali, who served the country as Minister of Defence, died after a brief illness.
President Muhammadu Buhari issued a condolence message to the people and government of Plateau State over the passing.
