The private business owners in Nigeria may continue experiencing difficulties after the COVID 19 pandemic, if Federal Government failed to be decisful and control the rising of dollars against naira, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Radiation Investment Limited, Chief Samson Abiodun Odupitan, has said.

The business mogul, said the pandemic had shut down many private companies and there is tendency that the remaining ones struggling to surviy may still fold up if governnent failed to justify the rising rate of dollars comparing to Nigeria currency.
The owners of multiple companies in Nigeria disclosed this in a media chat with Pressmen in his office.
He said Nigeria too depend on foreign countries and almost everything using in the country are imported, giving dollars more edge against naira, saying it is a big disgrace to Nigeria.
He said poverty and crime may continue looming in the country if governnent continue locking private businesses because of Coronavirus without substantial palliatives for the owners and poor maases.
He condemned as goverment continue locking down schools, hotels, event centres, religious homes and other private businesses without considering the hardship it caused on peoples' lives.
He said locking down schools for months wasn't the best way of preventing the spread of the deadly virus than providing adequate preventive measures to the school pupils.
Chief Odupitan, said Nigeria Goverment had enough resources that can able to provide non-stop hot tea for the pupils at least three-times in a day while in school premises, provide other preventive gadgets and engaging them with more enlightenment on how to keep themselves safe from the virus than locking down schools, stressing that everybody is aware that the virus doesn't exist in a hot temperature environment.
"There is no doubt that this COVID 19 had shutdown many private companies. Someone like me, I have many companies, am a hotelier, construction engineer and as well haulage operator. I can authoritatively say none of it is functioning well due to the world ravaging pandemic.
"I believed millions of Nigerians that into this type of bussinesses might have also affected negatively because no social gathering just to maintain prescribed social distancing. Many companies can not engaged in any construction works and they have even sacked lots of workers due to financial incapability of paying salaries and bad road is also affecting haulage operations. Its quite unfortunate that Federal Government inspite of all these doesn't consider any palliatives for the masses rather than continue locking their businesses.
"The way concerned COVID19 Presidential Task Force are handling the issue of pandemic made it more difficult for people especially the business owners to quickly recover from their losses after the coronavirus because majority of them are beneffiting from inflitching poverty on masses.
"Only what Federal Government could do after the coronavirus is to ensure the long gap between the dollar and naira is bridged. Nigeria are too depend on foreign countries, majority of consumable items including machineries are imported. Private companies will find it difficult to exist if Governnent failed to control the risen of dollar against naira because it will not easy to import both domestic consumptions and industrial equipments. The risen dollars will continue to cause inflation because businees terms is 'what you buy is what you sell'. Infact majority of business owners may not even able to buy since they can't able to make money to buy equipments'.
"Precisely, goverment should try to provide remedies for business owners to thrive instead of total shutdown, so that economy would continue to grow and to further reduce high level of poverty in the country.
"Government should try to listen to local traditionalist prescribing herbal solutions to the pandemic. Provide non-stop-hot tea at least three-times a day for school pupils instead of grounded schools in the country.
