Sporadic shootings have been reported at Pollíng Unit 11, Edo Lodge in Oke Ijebu, Akure.
Ondo police spokesman, Tee-Lee Ikoro confirmed the incident to The Nation.
He said Mobile Police operatives have been deployed to the scene.
Meanwhile, INEC personnel, Security agencies, accredited observers, party agents and voters already on ground in Akure South Local Government Council Area, ward 05, PU 021.
The Assistant Presiding Officer, task voters on modalities as election accreditation and voting simultaneously commenced around 8.30am.
